Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer continuously shuts off for no reason and has to be restarted by unplugging the power cord from the printer and wall outlet for a period of time. Then it has to be added back to my computer each time I have to reset it. Any idea why it is shutting off constantly? It's never done this previously. Thank you.

The power supply could be getting weak. Have you added any new appliances that might be running on the same circuit and starving the printer for power. Are you plugged directly into the wall? Surge protectors and Uninterruptible power supplies can cause power issues as they are not designed for the current load a laser printer puts on a circuit.
