Why do I get this message: A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print very soon unless the issue is resolved. This could be related to your billing cycle.

I do not have a billing cycle!!

Have you ever registered for instant ink? Even the trial offered with new printers? If yes, then your existing cartridge is tied to instant ink and you would have to replace it with a new retail cartridge.
