No matter what I do (with a new black toner) all my prints come out with missing lines/fonts/etc. See below. Image on the left is how it prints out vs what the PDF is on the right. If I print the calibration sheet, ALL the pure black squares print grey with a single small line at the bottom. Image attached for this as well. Like I said new black toner. Any ideas?

Did you have the same problem with the old toner? If not you likely have a bad toner cartridge. Over 75% of image quality is dependant on the cartridge.

How do the print test quality pages look? Are you seeing similar problems with color. I would pull the transfer belt and look for streaks or marks on it.
