HP LaserJet M110we Printer

Product name: HP LaserJet M110we

My printer suddenly unable to print and after printing information pageby press printer button, it mentioned "Finish printer setup to enable printing, This printer requires use of an HP account. enable web service, and Internet connection for setup and use."

This printer with my laptop is using same router with DHCP to access internet, also I can using IP address to access printer webpage, so it should be able to access internet.

Does anyone has same issue and able to solve this case?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to set up the printer, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings

1. If the printer is in Sleep mode (the Ready light is on but dim), press the Resume/Cancel button to wake up the printer.

2. Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer control panel for more than 20 seconds. When the Attention light starts blinking, release the Wireless button.

3. The printer restarts automatically. When the Wireless light starts blinking, the printer is in wireless setup mode. You can now reset up a wireless connection between the printer and your device.

Refer to page number 6 in this user guide for the steps to connect the printer:- Click here

Keep me posted.
