Dear community,

 

I am facing some issues with a HP LaserJet M209dw. On the one hand, printing jobs are sticking inside the job queue very long. I already tried the suggested solutions by HP, such as running the HP printing doctor or checking various Windows settings - without success. If the printer finally is printing something, the sheet comes out printed only half. This means, printing stops arbitrarily somewhere in the middle of a page; the rest of the page left blank. The printer seems to recognize this and tries to print the requested pages again and again, where the blank amount of the page varies. Both issues appear at Windows 10, 32 and 64 Bit and at Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS 64 Bit.

The printer is located inside a small office network, has internet access and is connected to the HP web services. Firmware date is 20210120 and seems to be up to date. Under Windows 10 I also installed the HPEasyStart-13.6.5-LJM207-M212_UWWL_52_3_4930_1_Webpack.exe driver.

I am grateful if anyone can help me with the issues above. If you need further informations about the mentioned problems please let me know.
