I am experiencing the same problem as described here.
Advanced Settings in HP SmartApp is inaccessible because the printer remains offline, so the Advanced Setting link is inactive. None of the power drain reboot options work. What is the solution that was private messaged to that customer?

Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer using the power button.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power source.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the power source.
- Turn the printer back on.
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.
- Restart your router by turning it off and on.
- Try connecting the printer to the network again using the WLAN setup or WPS method.
Reconnect the Printer in HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Ensure that your printer is powered on.
- In the HP Smart app, click on "Add Printer" and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to your network.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Make sure the printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP website or through the HP Smart app if the printer comes online briefly.
Check for Paper Jams or Debris:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or debris that might be causing the error.
- Ensure that the toner cartridge is correctly installed.
