Hi,

Please access the Setup menu on the printer and select Report, then print a Supplies Status Report.

 

Please attach the printed report to get some better understanding of the problem and to better identify any possible cause.

Before following your advice, I went to the support site and installed some more up up to ,date software, and it seems to have done the trick. We shall see, at least I got two good-quality copies so far.
