Product: LaserJet MFP M227fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a printer LJ MFP M227fdw that stall frequently. I had to restart the printer in order to print. It prints for awhile and it stalls again. Error codes showing in printers even log 20.4003 multiple times. how do i fix this? Help!

20 errors are memory errors. What type of file are you trying to print? If your trying to print a pdf from microsoft edge, chrome, or another web browser or from icloud or google docs. try opening the file locally on your computer and printing the file from adobe acrobat reader DC.

Thank you. We've looked into this as well but no help. Regardless isn't it should be able to print from any web browser? Why now? It has been working great!

web browsers are designed for viewing files, not printing them. It could literally be a thousand things- bad code hidden on the web page, registry errors, coding errors, add on conflicts.

Thanks for the link. I found the link too but it is not a reference to the error code I have. I am sure something to do with the memory. 

Is memory replaceable? if it does, how can I replace it?
