Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet Pro 4001dn printer displays the HP logo upon booting but does not show any menus. Both the power and warning lights are flashing. While the printer still prints, it occasionally stops unexpectedly.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Performed a hard reset.
  2. Changed the toner.
  3. Replaced the cables.

Request for Assistance:

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I need guidance on further steps to resolve this problem.

I have the same issue but I am unable to print anything.

If I open and close the toner door 5 times it does print out a page with only squares on it.

 

The printer is un-usable. Bought on Amazon 6 months ago but HP show warranty has expired.

 

Must be the motherboard.
