Hello, 

 

My printer is stuck on the loading screen at start up - it gets just over a third of the way and freezes with the ready light and attention light blinking at the same time. 

 

I've tried doing a reset where I pull the cartridges out, take the power cable out, remove power cable from wall, wait 10 minutes and put it all back but the same thing happens..

 

The printer has had issues of laptops/PCs not recognising various USB cables in the past which makes updating drivers etc. difficult and I tend to only print wirelessly.. am wondering if there are hardware issues here? Help! Thanks 🙂
