Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Document feeder jam error displayed when trying to use document feeder. There is no paper jam. Rollers have been cleaned, hard power cycle completed, firmware update completed, and latest software is installed. The document feeder, for a brief instant, seems to be trying to pull in the document then the error occurs. Unable to clear error, printer has to be powered down and then powered back on the clear the message.

If you have already performed the steps from the document ADF does not pick paper or feeds in too many sheets and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
