Hey all. My printer will not turn on. I've tried the tips in order to check if it's the cord, outlet, or faulty screen. It has to be a power supply or mainboard issue.

What would be the process of figuring out what it is that needs replaced?

Thanks for any help.

does it make any noise at all when you turn on the power?

If it does not make any noise you can try disconnecting the formatter, the board where the usb or network cable plugs in to see if it will power up then. If it does not then it will likely be bad power supply. If it does power up, display will be blank but you should get some engine noises, then the formatter is likely the culprit.

It did not make any noise. I will see about replacing the power supply.
