Printer got stuck in 3/8 (71%) when powering on, and asking for reboot.  HP sent a new eMMD drive and its now changed.

Firmaware uppgrade worked fine and looked god..  But i get still the same error when powering up.  I did run the Diagnostics

everything else was ok, but memory and disk test says: Test is not implemented or supported for this product.

Can it be mainboard fault? Hope someone has some suggestion for fixing this problem..

Can you clarify which steps you followed when installing the new drive? Usually you need to ensure that you clear the password that binds the formatter to the drive so that the new drive can function properly.

Service documentation also states that should you get this error you should format the harddrive and reinstall the firmware again.

Cleared the password many times and formatted eMMC but that didn´t work.. Reinstalled firmware multiple times and always uppgrade successful.  Still gets stuck on startup 3/8 Disk Check 71%

Reinstalled the old eMMC and tested upgrade the firmware on it.. Upgrade ok, and same error at 71%..

"confused"

Are you still under warranty? If so, time to get an HP tech involved, rather than wasting your own time.
