This is a new printer. I was able to print a couple of days, now the orange exclamationmark is blinking rapidly orange. Using print and scandoctor th installation is ok, yet the tonercartridge is marked as "not original". Since this is the cartridge that was delivered with the printer, this not correct. Please advise

Hi @RobertACoens,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP LaserJet M110we printer is not recognizing the original cartridge, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check cartridge compatibility: Ensure that the cartridge you are using is compatible with your specific printer model. HP printers often require specific cartridges, and using an incompatible one may result in recognition issues.
- Remove and reinsert the cartridge: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Open the printer cover and carefully remove the cartridge. Inspect it for any visible damage or debris. Clean the contacts on both the cartridge and inside the printer using a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water. Allow them to dry completely, then reinsert the cartridge firmly.
- Restart the printer: Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on. Allow it to go through its startup process and check if the cartridge is recognized.
- Update printer firmware: Outdated printer firmware can sometimes cause compatibility issues. Visit the official HP support website, locate your printer model, and check if there are any firmware updates available. Follow the instructions provided to update the firmware, if applicable.
- Reset printer settings: Access the printer's control panel or settings menu and look for the option to reset the printer settings. This will restore the default settings, which might help resolve any software-related issues causing the cartridge recognition problem.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
