Зачем я только скачал софт и установил его на свой компьютер!

Теперь у меня нерабочий 😠 МФУ - принтер и 3 новых картриджа))))!

The title says it all!
Why did you delete one of my posts? There were no curses and insults!
After working with your software, I now have a non-working printer and 3 new cartridges !!!
It is impossible to fix this problem on my own, without flashing the chip!

Let us try to reset the printer to its factory settings. I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Only I haven't checked it yet, I haven't put it into the chip.
