Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a problem printing PDF files from 3 different Windows 10 computers to an MFP 4301. One has the stand alone HP business driver installed, 2 are done through HP smart.

When I originally installed the drivers on these 3 computers, everything seemed to work well.

Then I was called because there was a website they used that generates a printable report in PDF format that they could not print. When they tried, I could hear the printer start to warm up, but then nothing more happened. Then the print job in the queue would change to error status, but nothing in the printer log.

Several days later, results from another website suffered the same issue. I then started doing testing. They were using Chrome, so I tried going to the website with Edge, same issue, then Firefox, same results.

I have uninstalled the drivers using Revo so there are no remnants left, uninstalled Adobe same way, then reinstalled drivers. Nothing has changed. I then tried ti test print some existing PDF files. Most caused an error in the queue, but not all. I then took some of these existing PDF's and chose "print to PDF" function, creating a new PDF. I could then successfully print the new PDF. I also tried this on the website generated PDF files and the new files I created printed fine. This is an extremely clumsy and frustrating work around for this problem!! What has HP done to the driver to cause this issue? I have the latest drivers, and the latest firmware installed on the printer!!

I then went to look at the log file in the printer. It has "Event Type" , "Event Code" and "Event Description". Code and Description are identical. Some are warnings and some are errors. However, I can not find ANY definitions for these error codes. I have the following codes:

F0.03.0F.03

F0.03.0F.06

F0.03.05.02

F0.03.11.03

F0.01.01.02

Can anyone clue me in to the meanings of these codes? Also, the printer itself never displays any error code.
