Product: Laserjet MFP M227dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laserjet MFP M227dw will not duplex print.  I cannot get it to automatically print on both sides.  it  will only do it manually.  I have tried the "Print on both sides" options in both Word and for pdf.  I have also set up the default setting in Advanced Settings for the printer to "Duplex -  On".   Any thoughts?

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
