Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We use this printer for printing checks.  When the teller goes to print, it will say that there is a paper jam, then they press the OK button (the one with a checkmark on it) and it prints fine.  They don't have to clear anything. However, if they open the front of the machine to access the feeders to clear the 'jam' then it will actually jam up.

Could be a very worn pickup roller. Remove the tray and look in the middle upper front of the tray cavity. The pickup roller should be a consistent color, have fingerprint like ridges on it. This is a sample from a different printer but the surface of your rollers should look like the right not the left.
