macOS 10.13 High Sierra

This has been happening since I got the printer.  I have used HP original toner.  The only way I can get past this is to shut the printer and restart it.  Then it prints find for a while but eventually, it pops this message back up.

I am at the point that I want to get rid of it.  I have used HP laser printers for years, but am REALLY disappointed with this one.

 

Is there NO FIX to this?

Your link takes me to page on OfficeJet printers and according to the document only applies to those models.  My printer is not listed and so wondering if any of this applies.  Also, the error that I am getting started within a couple months AFTER I purchased it.

I have the same problem with a HP M404DN . Could you put a link accessible to the community with the procedure  to use in similar case ?
