The part resellers still have parts for those printer models, and will probably have for few more years.

300k for M602 and P4015 is nothing, they can print much more, those are very very good printers.

M476 if it prints over 100k is a miracle.

There is no exact number for a printers lifetime.

The point most important of my questions are:
how to convince the customer to change all their printers with around 8 year old if thwe HP doenst have spares to this Models?

The challenge is if you try to make the case based simply on age and page count and available parts you likely cannot make a case. As pointed out by @Valsimot the monochrome models will deliver good performance and are reliable to ~1.4 million or more pages. The M476 is pretty. much a replace on failure item due to fact that repair and replacement are going to be about the same cost.

You need to look at other factors if you are going to make a case for replacement. If you are an HP partner you should have access to a whole suite of sales tools focused on how security requirements have changed and some older printers just do not offer security that meets todays standards. If you are not an HP partner and do not have access to sales tools then you can check resources on public facing websites.
