Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!  I do hope I am posting in the right section.

I am having a printing quality issues.  Since I had this issue, I have installed new Inks and new imaging drum.  Also, I have reinstalled the printer software and update the firmware.  I am still having a very light/faded printing.  I am usually able to troubleshoot & fix printer issues, but not this one.  I hope I can find the solution here.

Here is how the diagnostic printing looks like

I am questioning if windows 11 is the issue and not the printer.

the blank spot circled  would suggest that you may have a faulty drum unit or possibly a voltage issue. Are you plugged directly into the wall? As this is a multi-function unit, I would try copying some documents to try to narrow it down from either a hardware issue or a software (driver) issue.

The same thought came to me about copying something colored after I submitted the post.  I did and I got the same result, faded colors.  So now it is for sure a hardware issue.

One of HP helping document suggested to clean under the inks after removing them from the printer, would that help ?

Thanks  Repairatrooper, with your direction I managed to find out that it is actually a hardware issue.
