I need help my printer is not working I've done step by steps through virtual assist but none are working, there is this light on by the colored dots on my printer but I'm not out of ink, so I opened the ink slot n took them out and slid them back in and started it up again and still isn't wanting to print.....HELPPPPPPP

Sometimes the ink cartridges are clogged with dry ink and you need to clean.
