Lightroom is starting to printing my card in the wrong area on the cardstock.  I have spent 17 hours and received 3 replacement printers from HP in the past month and now on this third printer, HP has determined that the problem is with Adobe Lightroom...CC or Classic and it also prints incorrectly from PhotoShop.  Nobody at Adobe seems to know how to fix this and blames it on HP drivers version 6.  So, I took my computer to our home office which has another HP printer with version 4 drivers(which Adobe said would work) and even there is the problem with printing the greeting card in the wrong area of the paper.

This is my business, and this is my busy season!  I am so far behind on my orders and I cannot seem to find anyone at Adobe that knows how to fix this.  I am printing on an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710, brand new, and prints everything fine from everywhere but Adobe LR and PS.

Has anyone ever had this issue and possibly know how to fix it?

Thanks so much,

@CharColorArtist, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand your concern. However, this seems like an issue with the application you are using to print- Adobe as you are able to print fine from all other applications on the PC.

The printer has also been replaced multiple times and the issue persists. By this, we can conclude the issue is not with the printer or print drivers.

Adobe will be able to assist you better with this as they are the developers of the software.

To resolve any print driver related issues, run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
