My HP Deskjet 4155e only prints a partial page and then all the lights on the control panel starts blinking. After it sets a while, the printer goes to sleep. When I push the power button, and the printer completely turns on it prints out a printer information page that doesn't do any good to help me.

Hi @Cattsteelie,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the issue you're describing—partial page printing followed by blinking lights on the control panel—typically indicates a problem with the printer's hardware, connection, or software configuration. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Identify the Error Code
When the lights on the control panel blink, it usually represents a specific error.
- Paper jam
- Cartridge error
- Network connection issue
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Open all accessible areas (input tray, output tray, and cartridge area).
- Remove any jammed paper carefully to avoid tearing it.
- Use a flashlight to inspect for small bits of paper or debris.
3. Inspect Ink Cartridges
- Open the cartridge access door and make sure both cartridges are installed properly.
- Remove the cartridges and check for any protective tape that might not have been removed during installation.
- Clean the cartridge nozzles with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
4. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Attempt to print again.
5. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Download and install the latest driver for your HP DeskJet 4155e compatible with Windows 11.
- If the issue persists, uninstall the printer from your computer and reinstall it:
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select the printer and click Remove Device.
- Re-add the printer after reinstalling the drivers.
6. Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor Tool HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Run the tool to automatically diagnose and resolve printing issues.
7. Check the Connection
- Ensure the printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network or computer (if using USB).
- If using Wi-Fi, verify the printer's network status:
- Press the Information button on the printer to print a network configuration page.
- Check if the printer is connected to the correct network.
8. Factory Reset the Printer
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to reset the printer to its default settings:
- Turn off the printer.
- Hold down the Cancel and Wireless buttons, then turn the printer back on.
- Release the buttons when the power light starts blinking.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
