when i print my page comes out with lines across the page please help....im not computer swavay

Hi,

Just to clarify is the line horizontal line or vertical line?

or if you dont mind, could you upload the image (scanned or photo) of the printed page?

 

Is this line appear on all your print out?

Ok, I will take a look at your photo.

It will be very helpful to troubleshoot with the photo.

 

After this print out, is the subsequent print out showing the same horizontal line? is this repeatable I mean.

You can click reply and then it will show the window as follow:
