Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My 3 year old printer (HP ENVY 7855) will not print some lines on whatever it prints. I've tried everything listed in the HP support. I'm using new cartridges and still getting the same problem with lines missing/streaks on my prints. Please advise.
