Product: Hp officejet pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hallo zusammen,

 

Meine Mutter hat sich den hp officejet pro 6970 zugelegt. Folgendes Problem haben wir mit dem neuen gerät: je nach programm variiert die linienstärke . Word 2000 spuckt sehr eine filigrane linien aus (so sollte das auch sein) ,excel,adobe usw spucken sehr starke ,dicke linien aus. 

 

Da der Drucker offensichtlich in der lage ist feine linien zu drücken liegt der verdacht nahe ,dass das ein treiber oder software thema ist. Der alte drucker j4680 hat brav nur filigrane linien ausgespuckt. 

 

Hat mir hier jemand einen tip oder Lösungsansatz? So kann meine Mutter leider nicht mit dem Drucker arbeiten.
