Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I locate the pickup rollers on my HP Officejet Pro 9018 (9010 series.) The paper tray is full of paper and the printer does not recognize tray is loaded with paper. Do I need any tools to open the printer? Please respond with a solution ASAP!

Step 4

 

Reminder >>> Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord.

 

Next,

When you close up the printer and replace any trays,

Alert the printer to the Paper Size & Type of paper you have loaded in the tray(s)

Use the Printer Display panel or use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to update the information.

 

Example - Retain / Modify (Edit) / Check Paper Size & Type > Tray and Paper Management
