Hi I'm wanted to do a full reset on my printer however on my control panel its saying this option is locked (along with several other features) by the person who set up the printer. Well I am the person who set up the printer. I also can access my Printer Embedded Web Page to do it from there as it gives me this message:
The connection for this site is not secure
192.168.0.101 uses an unsupported protocol.

@Lboog69, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
