Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently own the Officejet Pro 8600 Premium. Unacceptably, I am unable to print on a custom size paper, which is a must for my business.  I have googled and tried every suggested option and it is unable. So, I am asking the community:  Are there are any HP home office sized printers that can print on custom sized paper using Windows 10?  If not, I will need to research another brand. Thanks in advance for any help.

(FYI:
**  I have gone to Printer Properties--Paper/Quality tab and Paper size does NOT have a "Custom" size option/button

** I have changed the paper size when I print.  Print -- Letter--More paper sizes--Insert custom paper size--Hit Print button and I am told "Paper Size Mismatch -- The paper size detected by the printer sensor does not match the paper size selected in software."  But the size of my paper in the printer and the size I enter for custom are the same.

Appears to be a common issue, some previous posters found success using a different driver. Might be worth your time to have a look at this older thread https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/How-to-print-on-custom-size...
