 this plastic piece was loose inside my printer. It does not appear to be broken, looks like i need to snap it on somewhere but cant figure out where. The screen indicates that there is no black ink cartridge but it’s in there and i know it has ink. It is not printing anything just sending blank paper through. The cartridges are moving very fast and abrupt
