My HP Tango was pulling the paper in wonky, more to the right-hand side and causing a jam: after a few attempts to clean I pulled it open mid jam and found that the paper was being caught up on this component which was upright and in the way of the paper on the left-hand side. I removed it and after that managed to print a sheet without jamming. I found it on the left-hand side sat above the white square in the picture. Does anyone know where it belongs or how to fit it back in properly so it won't rise up and cause paper jams?

Hi @Popty_Ping,
This is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
