HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw

Hello, past days I found there is some problem with printing. If I print some documents (docx, pdf, jpg etc..), printer is waiting for about 30-60 seconds for something, then printer starts print.

It prints only 1 A4, then printer waits again and after 30-60 seconds printer works again but it prints 1 A4 again.

Tried to uninstall HP software from computer, restart, installed official drivers again. Nothing helped me.

Printer is connected via Wifi. Other devices have no problem with wifi so I'm sure wifi network is ok.

Test page has delay before printing too.

Any idea please?

Thank you

In settings of windows 11 I manualy removed printer, then manualy added again. It works fine now.

If I print I see HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw instead of HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125-M126 PcLmS.

Still don't understand where was a problem but it works fine now.

just made factory reset.

  • Turn off the printer.

  • Press and hold the right arrow button and the Cancel button simultaneously.

  • While holding the buttons, turn on the printer.

  • Continue holding the buttons until the display panel shows "Permanent storage init."

  • Release the buttons, and the printer will begin the initialization process.

Connected printer to wifi again. Same problem, there is still long delay.
