Bought this printer over a year ago, and I've had no problems until now. I reinstalled Windows 11 recently, and the printer was fine for a while, but now will not print. Initially the documents would show in the queue but not print, disappearing about 5 seconds later. I've tried the following:
1- installing the drivers from the supplied pack on your website- this had an error, and was uninstalled.
2- using HP Smart- the printer is no longer detected by the software. Same for HP support. Both have been uninstalled and reinstalled.
Using my Windows 10 laptop everything is fine. This seems to me like a driver issue- are there any things you can suggest?

Hello @Errorist,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP LaserJet Pro M15/M17w Printer Full Software Solution
File name: Full_Webpack-46.4.2644-LJM14-M17_UWL_Full_Webpack.exe (112.4 MB) - Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the Full_Webpack-46.4.2644-LJM14-M17_UWL_Full_Webpack.exe
- The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
