Product: HP LaserJet Pro M201dw
I am having severe trouble setting up my HP M201DW printer. It worked fine on both USB and wireless printing until a few months ago. I have been unable to get it setup again. Currently, I am trying to use HP Smart on my Windows 10 laptop to connect. I have done the following:
- Removed printer from HP Smart and Windows
- Restarted my computer
- Restarted my printer (after waiting 10 seconds so it clears everything)
- Resetting my printer's wireless network settings
When I open HP Smart, it sees that my HP printer is ready to setup. After entering in my WiFi information (and turning off 5ghz) I try to have it connect and it gives me the following error: "Unable to connect printer to network. This printer could not connect to the Wi-Fi network. Restart your printer and try again."
