HP Recommended

Apparently the most recent firmware update that occurred on 3/4/25 (date code 20250209) has made it so that genuine HP toner cartridges are not recognized resulting in an error 11.  This firmware needs to be rolled back or fixed.  If anyone knows where to find the previous firmware please share.

That link in the other post is not the correct one. It's for the SDW model which is the unit with the automatic document feeder. Several of us tried on our units and the firmware did not update properly. Still on version 20250209.
