We have a few M255dw printers on our campus on our wireless network.  In the last few months they have begun to randomly print configuration pages - one after another - and do not stop until we unplug the printer.  We are wasting reams of paper.  This happens several times a week.  I cannot find anything online.  We have upgraded firmware and changed the toner cartridges.  Has anyone had this problem with laser printers?

If the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
