Hello
My printer is stuck on initializing when i look under the network status. I have done a hard reset, i have removed the cartridges, removed power cord for over a minute. Switched back on refit still stuck. I have tried wireless & wired still the same. I can see on the network but cannot communicate with it or print.
Please help.

I understand the printer screen is getting stuck on initializing on HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdwPrinter. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
- Let's try to perform an NVRAM Reset.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hello.
Thanks for reaching out, i tried both types of NVRAM resets. Both times when trying to connect to my network i get the error connection failed. It finds the network fine, allows me to enter the password which is correct, & after a while of trying to connect if fails.
Any ideas?
