M553 Fuser Error, 59.00.f0

Low use M553 with fuser error, replaced fuser maintenance kit to no avail, and pretty much ran through my limited knowledge of what could be done. Inspected ITB, looked for paper jams, pulled the toner cartridges and nothing addressed the issue. At this point, I have probably installed and taken out the fuser assembly a couple of dozen times.

Thanks in advance for any help, and you have just read my complete understanding of how this printer does or doesn't function. So if I need to get it in somewhere for service, that will be the next step.

If this was the original error, it was misdiagnosed. 59 errors are related to the ITB and the associated controls for it. You need to ensure that SR5 is working, this can be tested through the sensor diagnostics menu. If it fails you need to replace RM2-7157–000CN. If that does not resolve the problem you will need to replace the fuser drive.
