Product: M553

M553 suddenly stops printing anything from network or USB inputs.  If the printer is in sleep it will wake up and the print jobs clear from the Windows or Android print spoolers immediately but nothing gets stored in the printer or gets printed.  Never any error codes and no failed diagnostics.  Reseated connections on the formatter board.  Reset the printer to factory configuration and reconfigured on the network.  Will print any internally generated documents correctly.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I had formatted the drive and replaced the firmware.  The firmware on it when the problem started was one version earlier than the latest so I installed the latest (3.9.8 / 2309055_000423).  There was no change.  At this point, I am convinced that an undetected failure has occurred on the formater board and will replace it with the current model B5L24-67909.  Will post the results later.
