Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise M604n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just replaced the maintenance kit and ever since the printer is very loud while printing. It seems like the sound is coming from either the top or back of printer. Could it be the fuser provided is faulty - anybody else run into this issue?

Fuser problems with OEM fusers are rare, however if the fuser drive is worn, putting a new fuser in can result in noise caused by gears not meshing well. I have also found that over time the exit assembly can get very noisy and the solution there is to disassemble the exit assembly and lubricate all the bushings with silicone grease. This procedure is not detailed in service manuals as they expect you to replace the assembly not repair it.
