Hi, I am trying to resolve an issue with a Laserjet Enterprise M607 printer. I am getting the error 33.05.05 which requires me to reinstall the firmware. I have the latest firmware on a USB but I am unable to get into the pre boot menu or any of the admin menus as I do not have the admin password.

Is there a way to reinstall the firmware without having the password?

Thanks.

If you are prompted for a password when trying to enter the pre-boot menu it is because the person who setup the printer applied a password. If you do not have or cannot get that password  you will have to replace the formatter as a password on the preboot menu is not clearable. Can you clarify when it asks for the password? Normally to access the admin menu in preboot mode it will not ask for a password.

Thanks for the reply. I can get to the Preboot menu but when I try to access the Admin option it says SignIn Required
