Microsoft Windows 11

The printer whenever it is running on a long print job, tends to jam most of the time in the fuser area. I have recently replaced the fuser (within the last couple of months) and I made sure to order only HP for this printer. It use to not jam hardly at all until I replaced the fuser. I'm looking for any ideas on what I can do to help prevent this from happening as it is tedious and pulls my attention from other jobs I could be working on.

Did you replace a paper pickup rollers with new ones?  An slippery paper pickup roller can cause misspick and stop the printer with a sheet in a fuser that will probbably printed fine if there was not misspick.

This worked for about a couple weeks and then we started to stumble into the same problems again where a paper will jam in the fuser area during long print jobs.

So your replaced rubber pickup rollers with a new original HP parts?

Yes, I replaced all of the parts that come in the maintenance kit we used for the fuser replacement with all OEM parts.

Then it could be the paper. Try a different brand, don't use cheap paper.

We use Boise X9 copy paper which I thought was a pretty good brand to get since we have never had issues until we replaced the fuser.
