Enterprise Flow M800 Color LaserJet

after firmware update for Enterprise Flow m880 from FS 3 to FS4, the printer will not longer boot.

Error 99.06.67 which points to firmware

attempted to reload via USB and this fails

attempted to go into Admin menu at boot and all choices under Manage Disks are greyed out / lined out

changed formatter and hard drive with same results

I would put the old formatter back with the new drive. Make sure that you follow the steps to clear any existing link between the formatter and the drive before trying to install the firmware. It is called erase/unlock and you will find it in the preboot menu where the drive utilities are. You must also ensure that for FutureSmart 4 you are using a self-encrypting drive not a standard hard drive.
