Product: MFP E87640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP MFP E87640 it won't turn on it has double blinking lights on power button.  It blinks twice than pauses than blinks twice and pauses etc...   I have tried to reset it by following all the reset directions I can find, unplugged everything waited a few minutes, discharged the power button by pressing 30 seconds, re plugged everything. same result.  I have checked for paper jams. toners are close to full.  Hopefully someone here has had the same issue.     Thank you.
