(Troubleshooted. Used HP Print and Scan Dr. All drivers, etc updated. Installed & reinstalled drivers)
Since latest Outlook update 7-06-23 (version 16.0.16529.20154) getting "Printer not Ready", however can print from other programs, including other ones in Office 2016.
Can I revert back to earlier updates and how to? I stopped any more updates.

If you're encountering a "Not Ready" error on a monochrome printer, it typically indicates a problem with the printer's readiness to perform tasks. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this error:
Check Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting the printer to the power source and computer are securely plugged in. Verify that the power outlet is functioning correctly. If using a USB connection, try using a different USB port or cable to rule out any connection issues.
Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cable, and wait for about 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This power cycle can often resolve temporary issues.

Have you tried checking with Microsoft on this issues as it sounds isolated only to Outlook and they may be aware of a change they made. Which drivers are you currently running for the printer?
