I am trying to print a simple MS Word document but only get blank pages. Printing a test page, web pages, email and photos is fine. I am using Windows 10. I have tried disconnecting the printer. Any advice would be appreciated.

@SH991, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

If you are able to print other files fine, it means the printer is working fine and this is an application-specific issue.

Check for any pending Windows updates.

Update/re-install MS Office. Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
