May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

aper jams can occur in multiple areas of the printer. If you cannot find the paper jam in one area, continue to the next area until the jam is located.
Clear the jam from the input tray
Clear the jam from the output tray
Remove any loose paper, debris, or foreign objects from the trays
Clear the jam from the ink cartridge access area
Clear the jam from underneath the printer
