Hi @Trishha04,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Since your HP Envy printer isn't printing from either your mobile device or Windows PC, but the diagnostics show no issues, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try.
Restart All Devices
- Turn off the printer, PC, and mobile device.
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug the printer back in and power everything on.
Check Printer Connection
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi or network.
- For wireless printing, ensure that both your PC and mobile device are on the same network as the printer.
Reinstall Printer Drivers (Windows PC)
- Uninstall the printer from the Devices and Printers section in Control Panel.
- Download and install the latest drivers for your HP Envy model from the HP Support website.
- After reinstalling the printer, try printing a test page again.
Reset the Printing System (Windows)
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select the printer, then click Remove device.
- Restart your PC and re-add the printer.
Mobile Printing (Ensure HP Smart App Is Installed)
- Ensure you have the HP Smart App installed on your mobile device.
- If already installed, try removing the printer from the app and re-adding it. Make sure the app and firmware are updated.
Clear Print Queue
- If there are print jobs stuck in the queue, it may cause printing issues.
- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Select your printer > Right-click and select See what’s printing > Cancel all jobs.

Hard Reset of Printer
- Turn the printer off and unplug it.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to reset the printer hardware.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Firmware Update
- Check for firmware updates from HP Smart or the HP website. Keeping the firmware up to date can resolve unexpected printing issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
