Just switched HomePNA off.  SUCCESS!  All devices easily connected now.

OK, good progress.  Only disable HomePNA, don't make any other changes. 

 

Click "Save" and enter the access code if it asks.  This will automatically reboot the router.

 

Once it reboots try to print from one of the problem Macs.

Any idea where to diable this, or if this is what I need to do with an Arris TG1672G router?

 

I'm having the almost exact same issue. New printer.  It will sometimes print, sometimes not.  It sometimes shows that it is there and then it won't.  Very frustrated.
